Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the type of product being earphones with the sensitivity of hygiene and since our Pods are custom made, we cannot allow returns or exchanges and all sales are generally final. However, the last thing we want to do is leave you dissatisfied. This is why we handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis.
In the event that the product arrives damaged or does not work, we require video proof emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
